Boiler water TDS controller, designed to measure the hot boiler water conductivity (sensor SR2) and open or close a motorized ball valve, that will drain water from the boiler.     The Model 3175 is a microprocessor based, touchscreen, menu driven, water treatment controller designed for use in cooling towers, chill loops, boilers and condensate systems. The Model 3175 provides for conductivity tracking and control, flow monitoring and chemical injection. The Model 3175 includes a 4-20Ma input that can be used for remote conductivity, or Ph, or traced chemistry control, or makeup conductivity for cycles of concentration control, or as one of several other different inputs. The Model 3175 can be operated with or without the use of the conductivity input.

    Extremely reliable

    I have been suing these controllers for years. They are robust, easy to install and maintain. Other than replacing the ocasional part, they are rock solid. They do everything you need for a solid cooling water treatment.
